Advertise With Us – Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
1.1. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all advertisers, collaborators, and partners (“Advertisers”) engaging with Quwa through our “Advertise With Us” program.
1.2. By submitting a request or running a campaign with Quwa, you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree, please do not use our advertising services.
2. Eligibility & Registration
2.1. Advertisers must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to represent their business.
2.2. Advertisers agree to provide accurate, truthful information in all submissions and communications.
3. Content & Campaign Standards
3.1. All advertising content must comply with applicable laws, community standards, and must not contain misleading, offensive, or infringing material.
3.2. Quwa reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove advertising content at its sole discretion.
3.3. Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that they hold all rights to the materials they provide (images, logos, videos, etc.).
4. Fees & Payments
4.1. Advertising fees, packages, and timelines will be agreed upon in writing prior to campaign launch.
4.2. Payments must be made in full before campaigns go live unless otherwise agreed.
5. Performance & Liability
5.1. Quwa will make reasonable efforts to deliver agreed advertising services but does not guarantee specific results (e.g., impressions, clicks, sales).
5.2. Advertisers remain solely responsible for the products/services they promote. Quwa shall not be held liable for claims arising from the advertised products or services.
6. Termination
6.1. Either party may terminate the advertising agreement with written notice.
6.2. If terminated by the Advertiser after campaigns have started, fees paid may not be refundable.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. By submitting content, Advertisers grant Quwa a limited license to use, display, and distribute the content solely for the agreed advertising campaign.
8. Governing Law
8.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
8.2. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.
